Our Founder and CEO of New Grains Gluten Free Bakery, Tim Lawson, was appointed as a Member at Large of Region 6 in the Celiac Sprue Association (CSA) which happens to be the best and largest Celiac support group in America. He will work with the states he is over and will be working as the political specialist of the CSA. Congratulations Tim on the article and your position and voice for the Celiac and Gluten Free Community!
