The best thing about our All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Mix is that you can use it in replace of gluten free flour, pretty much, cup for cup. It has xanthan gum right in the mix, so you don’t need to think, just replace. If your recipe asks for 2 1/2 cups of flour, just put in our flour and you should be fine. It has a mix of white rice flour, tapioca flour, potato flour and xanthan gum! Enjoy and happy gluten free baking!!
